Larry Goins teaches about Lease options. A lease is a rental agreement that gives you the right to occupy a property as long as you abide by the terms and conditions of that lease. An option agreement gives you the right but not the obligation to purchase a property. When you are buying on real estate lease options, you need to have your lease and option agreement together, when you are selling, you need to have separate agreements for real estate lease and options.

How to buy real estate on eBay. You should first head over to realestate.ebay.com. You can place your ads on eBay. You can search for properties or post your own advertisement as a seller. You should be able to choose the right keywords while buying houses on eBay. For example, you can start with a keyword like “No Reserve”. In Real Estate Investing, Safe Act is a federal law that was put into place to regulate mortgage lenders and brokers. According to safe act, if an individual is selling their house and if its not their primary residence then they must be a licensed mortgage loan broker to be able to sell that property with seller financing. In Real Estate Investment, safe act implies that if it is a real property or property you had for long or if you are selling with seller financing, you should be licensed.
